WISSAI was established to confront the systemic inequalities that continue to shape women’s experiences in sport across all levels.

 From unequal pay and limited access to resources, to underrepresentation in leadership and decision-making roles, these challenges are deeply embedded and require deliberate, sustained intervention. We exist to advocate for fairness, amplify women’s voices, and drive accountability within sporting institutions.

Through structured programmes, partnerships, and policy engagement, WISSAI is building a platform that not only supports women, but actively transforms the systems that have historically excluded them, ensuring lasting impact and equitable participation for future generations.
